Where a job requires specialist equipment we do not hold, we say so plainly and can suggest where the owner might look.

Our collector overhaul is documented from intake to completion. The watch leaves with a record that describes its condition before and after, along with notes on every significant decision made during the work.
A Fixed Scope, Agreed in Advance
Each service has a defined starting price and a defined scope. If the actual work requires more, we discuss it before proceeding. The owner's approval is a requirement, not a courtesy.
