What does the Condition Report include?

The report covers a visual inspection of the case, crystal, dial, and crown, along with a running check and basic timing notes. You receive a written summary with observations and a suggested care plan. No work is started at this stage — it simply informs your next decision.

How long does the Refinish & Reseal Package take?

Typically two to three weeks, depending on the watch and what the inspection reveals. We confirm a realistic timeframe after we have looked at the piece and agreed the approach with you.

What types of watches do you work on?

We work on mechanical and automatic movements across a range of Swiss and Japanese makers. If you have a quartz piece, a pocket watch, or something unusual, contact us first and we will let you know whether it falls within our scope.

Can I bring my watch in without an appointment?

We prefer a brief message beforehand so we can give the consultation proper attention. Walk-ins are welcome when a watchmaker is available, but a short notice — even same-day — helps us be ready for you.

What happens to parts replaced during a Heritage Overhaul?

All removed original parts are kept, labelled, and returned to you alongside the watch with a written condition note. For collector pieces this record carries its own quiet value.

How is pricing determined?

Our listed prices reflect the base scope of each service. If the inspection reveals additional needs, we discuss that with you before proceeding. Nothing beyond the agreed scope is undertaken without your approval.
